AI & automation
The repetitive work that eats a person's day can usually be handed to software.
In most businesses, "AI" means one specific, boring task: reading a paper invoice and recording it, routing a customer message, producing the weekly report, reconciling two files. These are worth automating, and easy to measure.
That's what we build — and what we built for NEMO Accounting: a standalone service for Persian OCR and speech-to-text that reads a voucher off an image. Our approach keeps the model swappable so the system is never locked to one provider.
- A standalone, documented service
- Accuracy measured on your real data
- Swappable models, no rewrite required
- Running cost estimate
- 01Automatic document and invoice reading (OCR), posted into your system
- 02Administrative and financial process automation
- 03Assistants and chatbots grounded in your own data
- 04Telegram and Bale bots for ordering, support and notifications
- 05Classification, summarisation and extraction from text
- 06Speech-to-text
- 07Connecting systems that don't talk to each other
- Does our data leave our servers?
- Not unless you want it to. Local models run on your own infrastructure. Where a cloud service genuinely performs better, we decide that together before building.
- How do we know it will work?
- We start with a small pilot on your real data and measure accuracy. If the number isn't convincing, we stop there.
- Do you build Telegram bots?
- Yes. We usually build Telegram and Bale bots as a front door onto your existing system: a customer places an order or checks its status from inside the chat, and that order lands directly in your system — not in a separate inbox someone has to copy from.

Send a short description of what needs to be built. If it's a fit, we come back with a realistic estimate of time and cost. If it isn't, we say that instead.
